They did a great job. I had another guy come out to do a 30ft gravel driveway. I realized that I need an additional 200ft. That company charged me $4,000 to do 30ft, Black Rock did 200ft for only a $1,000 more. Great people to work with. That got me in the very next day I called and was done in 5 hours. Zach was very professional and well informed and worked with me on pricing and options for a recycled asphalt driveway. My driveway is very long and in the country, so this option was more affordable and came out very well compacted and has held up to some pretty powerful storms already this spring. We hired Black Rock to overlay our current asphalt driveway in Oct 2024. After finding a couple of minor issues in the spring, Zach and a new experienced crew came back and made it better than it was to begin with. We are satisfied with the final result, except that the edges are quite jagged and not very straight. However, we are just happy that they came back and did a nice job fixing our main concerns.

We couldn’t be happier with how the paving turned out. The surface is smooth, the drainage is perfect, and the job was completed ahead of schedule.

He came back to fix a small area where the water was pooling, despite the fact that his team had to drive an hour to do that. I highly recommend Black rock paving, and would hire them again.

Great job on my driveway put gravel and crush asphalt in, rolled it. If I didn’t know better, I would think it was regular hot asphalt in my driveway. We wanted to add a turnaround in our driveway and looked at several options. BlackRock, was able to resurface the entire driveway AND add the turnaround for less than other options for just the turnaround itself. I just had BlackRock Paving redo my driveway and could not be happier! Zach, Jamal (and the rest of the team who I did not meet individually) were focused, hard-working, professional, respectful and excellent at communicating to me when they'd be on site, when they'd finish and how long I should wait before driving on it. They met all their timing (which is great for me because it made my planning easier), coordinated with another team I had onsite doing landscape work, picked up after themselves (and the extra old asphalt that as so rough there were patches where you could move it with a leaf blower that was moved to make way for the new), respectful of me and the property, and the finished product is smooth, graded so it sheds water appropriately away from buildings and has a nice beveled edge. They even fixed a PVC drain that was coming from my pole barn for me! I would definitely recommend!
